We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced or overpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling|
Normal delivery times are between 7.30am and 6.00pm Mon - Fri local time. UK mainland deliveries start at just £1.95 for small items up to a maximum of £6.00 per order for up to 25kg. Small items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Mail and larger items via Parcelforce tracked and sign for services.
Our site is fully automated to calculate your order shipping cost based on your location, size of parcel and chosen service - selectable where applicable, at the checkout.
For worldwide orders we will always advise you of any additional shipping costs (if applicable), before we process / dispatch your order.
Please note that due to several security issues and rising delivery costs, plus receipt and customs problems experienced, we are able to accept orders from or ship to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOW, IOM, Isles of Scilly, BFPO, Northern Ireland, Ireland, The Channel Islands, Mainland Europe and some European Islands, USA/Canada, South Africa and Australasia... including New Zealand.
Please also note that for orders placed from outside of the UK (or using non UK based cards) we are only able to ship goods to the invoice/card registered billing address.... apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.
Most items we display are in stock. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days and will advise ASAP of any likely delays with dispatching your order. We ship using Parcelforce / Royal Mail. Delivery times typically vary from 1-7 days from dispatch. and these times may vary during peak periods.

We do extend the returns period to mid January for any items purchased for the Christmas period.

A Note About Damaged/Cracked Bats
A very small percentage of bats sold are liable to crack under the massive stresses which take place when the ball hits the willow. This is why it is very important that your should take care when playing with your bat for the first time, you MUST ensure you have knocked in your bat, especially on the sides and on the bottom. Even if a bat is described as ready-to-play you should take care when using it in its infancy....(It is usual for a cricket bat to have many minor cracks in the face.)
Unfortunately we do receive bats back from customers who have mis-treated their bat, and if the manufacturer recognises this, they will return the bat to the customer untouched. If a bat is returned to us and the manufacturer agrees there is a fault with the bat, they will then either fix or replace the damaged bat. Returns can take up to 4 weeks to repair or replace.
If you do feel your bat has cracked or split and that there is a flaw with the willow, please return it to the above address with a note explaining what happened. If the bat is over 12 months old, you will have little or no case for replacement.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
