For UK delivery small Items cost from just £1.50 for Royal Mail First Class, to a max £3.95 for Parcelforce 24 tracked service for larger items like bags and pads. Larger parcels with multiple items up to 25 kg cost just £3.95 for Parcelforce tracked service. For overseas deliveries P&P is calculated automatically based on your location, size / weight of the parcel and your selected service.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). In reality 95% plus of all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. Ongoing / In Stock - product is available for dispatch within our normal 1-2 working day dispatch lead time.
Ex Factory - product is available, but not held in stock and is made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch.
Pre Order From - product is on its way and available to order with estimated dispatch from the date stated.

Our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20.0%). All orders for delivery outside of the UK / EU (and to BFPO bases) are VAT exempt and are calculated automatically for you based on your delivery location. PS please do not select UK as the country if you are in the Channel Islands. i.e. please choose Jersey etc.

All items come with a 14 day returns guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is in re-saleable condition and excludes any post costs, which are your responsibility if the correct item has been delivered in good condition. For Christmas purchases our returns period is extended to Mid January for your peace of mind.
