We work hard on keeping our product availabilty database up to date and do not knowingly offer any item online that is not available. Of course and as in any business, things can go wrong from time to time and in that event we will always keep you informed if we hit any problems with your order.
Unlike many websites we select a range and physically carry it in stock, rather that just list everything from every manufacturer. This means that our customers know exactly where they stand when ordering from us and generally receive a much speedier service because of it. If there is something you are unable to find please let us have a daytime contact tel number we will happily give you a call to take your order and then obtain the item for you direct from the manufacturer. Please allow approx 6-7 working days from order to delivery (which a lot of our customers tell us is quicker than sites who claim to carry it in stock !).
Regarding the terminology we use on our product ordering pages - here's a quick explanation.Ongoing
- means that the product is available for dispatch within our normal (and target) 2-3 working day dispatch lead time.Ex Factory
- means that the product is available, but held in stock / made to order by our supplier. Please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch unless specified otherwise on the product ordering page.Pre Order From
- means that new product in on its way and available to order with dispatch from the approximate date advised on the product page. If an item is showing a pre-order and delivery from date that has passed this means that it is now available within our normal dispatch lead time.NB
... if you place an order containing current and Pre-order / Ex Factory items we will hold your order until all is in and ready for dispatch. If you require a split delivery please e-mail us to request this and we will get back to you with any additional shipping costs that apply before shipping.
