Should your agreement be returned as
enforceable we are able to refund your £295 (less a £50
administration charge).
The whole process from the start of your claim to
conclusion is approx 8-12 months. If you receive any
contact from your lender once you have put your case
into dispute then let them know that the solicitors are
now dealing with your claim and to contact them with any
future correspondence.
If your agreement is unenforceable then the solicitors
will ask you to make your usual payments into their
escrow account, as the case is now officially in
dispute.
No charges can be made against your account.
When we win your case all of the money paid into the
escrow account is returned to you and the balance is
written off.
