P & P Costs

UK (inc Scottish Highlands, NI, IOW and IOM). For Small Items like grips and caps etc from £1.95 for Royal Mail First Class up to a max of £6.00 for Parcelforce tracked and insured service. Larger items/ multiple item parcels up to 25 kg in total are just £6.00 for Parcelforce tracked service... great value!.

Overseas - Our site is fully automated with product pricing deducting the UK tax VAT where applicable and calculates shipping costs based on your parcel size and delivery location. This information is displayed early - as part of the checkout process before you are asked to make any payment.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all deliveries (UK and Worldwide). You can select these options, where applicable at the checkout. From day of dispatch, UK Royal Mail takes up to 2-3 days and UK Parcelforce is delivered on the next weekday. If you are not normally at home to accept we can deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify by selecting your delivery address option at our checkout. (UK based orders only). Saturday UK deliveries are available at a cost of £21.00 per order. Please email us for details.

European, USA/ Canada and other worldwide deliveries do take a little longer, depending on your destination, but are normally delivered within 7-10 working days via Royal Mail Small Pkt Recorded Delivery (Air Mail), 2-3 working days within Europe with Parcelforce EURO Business and 3-5 working days with Parcelforce Global service both are tracked and insured signed for services.

Dispatch Times

We acknowledge receipt of all orders via e-mail. Our policy is to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of receipt (exc Weekends & Bank Holidays).

We will advise you via e-mail of any delays. If your order is very urgent we will always do all we can to pull it forward for you. Please e-mail us quoting your order No or put a note in the special delivery instructions box provided at the checkout, when you need the order by.

Availability

We work hard on keeping our product availability live and up to date. If an item is showing on line it is available to order. Things can very occasionally go wrong and in that event we will always keep you informed if we hit any problems in fulfilling your order.

Regarding the product availability terminology we use on these pages - here's what they mean :-
Now and available / ongoing - means that the product is available for dispatch within our normal 2-3 working days.

Pre Order From - means that new product in on its way and available to order with dispatch from the date advised on the product page.

If an item is still showing as a pre-order item and the delivery from date has passed this means that it is now arrived and is available.

If you place an order containing current and pre-order items we will hold your order until all is in stock. If you require a split delivery please e-mail us to request this and we will get back to you with any additional p&p costs that may apply before shipping.

VAT Policy

For all orders placed for delivery within the UK or the European Union our prices include VAT, currently 20.0%). All orders for delivery outside of this area (and for BFPO bases) are VAT exempt and are calculated automatically at the checkout net of VAT.

IMPORTANT - If you are in the Channel Islands please select Guernsey or Jersey as your destination country to receive VAT exemption. Please do not select UK as this will leave the VAT applied to your order total.

Returns

We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day "No Quibble" guarantee for either refund or exchange. All orders are dispatched with a Goods Return Note included for this purpose. This applies providing the item has not been used and is returned as new in it's original packaging. This excludes p&p charges or return postage costs incurred, unless we have sent you a faulty or incorrect item.

For Christmas purchases our returns period is extended to Mid January to give you additional time and return policy assurances.

Safe & Secure

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our site. We use a secure payment gateway provided by the world acclaimed SagePay organisation and are fully security compliant. We further enhance your online shopping security in our checkout area by utilising the Thawte Green Bar EV SSL https:// encryption which is clearly visible in green in your browser address bar.
